包裹追踪说明

本店在发货后,我们会把您的包裹Tracking Number 发电邮到您所填写的e-mail里, 订单资料里的电邮务必填写能够正常使用的电邮地址。

请在获取Tracking Number后到以下对应的运输公司网站查看您的物品运送详情。

请在网站内输入您的Tracking Number,若是运送中出了问题,您可以直接联系运送公司。

*注意:请记得追踪您的包裹更新记录,尽量留意包裹签收。

如果没有签收到的7天内,请联系我们客服。如被退回给我们工作坊。我们收到后也会通知您关于在发货的程序。您是必须自付重新发货的邮费,谢谢您的合作!

Package tracking instructions

After our store delivers the goods, we will email your parcel Tracking Number to the e-mail you filled in. The e-mail address in the order information must be filled in with an e-mail address that can be used normally.

After obtaining the Tracking Number, please go to the corresponding transportation company website below to check the shipping details of your item.

Please enter your Tracking Number on the website. If there is a problem during the shipment, you can directly contact the shipping company.

*Note: Please remember to track your package update records and try to pay attention to the package receipt.

If you do not sign within 7 days of receipt, please contact our customer service. If returned to our workshop. After we receive it, we will also inform you about the delivery process. You must pay the postage for re-delivery. Thank you for your cooperation!
