配送方式 (Shipping Methods):

*我们提供全新加坡邮寄的服务。

(Shipping in whole Singapore )

*寄送包裹是会由第三方公司负责,例如:Qoo10 Qxpress 邮寄公司。

(Item shipping is responsibility by third party company, Eg: Qoo10 Qxpress )

*因为会有大量的订单和需要时间备货,我们收到汇款后,会在2-3天工作日内安排发货哦!

(Due to large packing volume, we will proceed to shipping in 2-3 working days after you placed order.)

*若时间允许我们会竭尽所能帮您尽快寄出。

(We will do our best to shipped out as soon as possible.)

*如您下单后货物短缺的话,工作人员会联系告知您详情和安排。

(Our friendly staff will contact you if the item out of stock after you placed order.)

**星期六/日/公共假日 – 无寄货服务。

(No shipping on Weekend or Public Holiday.)

 

不清楚我们的运费计算方式?

1. 您可在办公时间在Facebook Page詢問我們:Bs natural beauty 客服很乐意替您讲解。

2. 如果需要邮寄货品到其他国家,请与我们客服人员联系确认邮费,客服:Bs natural beauty

(If you need to send goods to other countries, please contact our customer service staff to confirm the postage, customer service: Bs natural beauty.)

4. 系统会自动计算商品运费,因各种因素,系统得出的重量和运费并不会100%和实际相同,但肯定已是最低的运费,不会再调整与修改。

(The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost of the product. Due to various factors, the weight and shipping cost obtained by the system will not be 100% the same as the actual one, but it is definitely the lowest shipping cost and will not be adjusted or modified.)

5. 商品总重量将会另外加上20%的箱子和包装重量。

(The total weight of the product will add 20% of the box and packaging weight.)

注意事项

(Precautions)

1. 包裹若严重损坏,请勿签收,否则无法与运输公司索偿。

(If the package is severely damaged, please do not sign for it, otherwise you will not be able to claim compensation with the transportation company.)

2. 请收件人在签收时先打开包裹检查,若发现商品有损坏请不要签收,将包裹退回,一旦 签收便不能与快递公司索赔。

(Please open the package for inspection when you sign for the receipt. If you find that the goods are damaged, please do not sign for it. Return the package. Once you sign for it, you cannot make a claim with the courier company.)

3. 物品寄出后即由买家监督包裹运输的进度,本店负责提供买家相关包裹追踪号。

(After the item is sent, the buyer will supervise the progress of the package transportation, and the shop is responsible for providing the buyer's related package tracking number.)

4. 本店不保证货物在送出后准时送达,急需收到包裹请直接联络运输公司,如您需要任何方面的协助请联系客服人员。

(Our shop does not guarantee that the goods will be delivered on time after delivery. If you URGENT need to receive the package, please contact the transportation company directly. If you need any assistance, please contact the customer service staff.

5.货物寄出后,请记得追踪您的包裹更新记录,尽量留意包裹签收。

(After the goods are sent, please remember to track your package update records and try to pay attention to the package receipt.)

6. 如您的包裹被退回给我们后,您是必须自付重新发货的邮费,邮费会由我们客服通知您。

(If your package is returned to us, you must pay the postage for the re-delivery. The postage will be notified to you by our customer service.)
